We had placed an order with a competitor for customized/ personalized golf balls and markers for a memorial golf fundraiser. They informed us 6 days prior to the event that couldn’t fulfill the order. We were stuck, disappointed and frustrated until we found Promogolfball. Francis stepped up and made it happen. We spoke with him on Monday morning, Tuesday am- our order had been picked up by the courier. Wednesday at 3:17pm the boxes arrived. Francis saved the day! The balls came in quickly and on time and the printing looked great. The only thing I would comment on is the position of our logo on the ball in relation to the "Top Flite" logo. I would have made them face the same way. Customer service was great. I would totally use them again!

Very happy with the purchase of this product. Price printed same or cheaper than buying a dozen balls at the pro shop. Yes, you can get then cheaper on sale a couple ties a year, but that is not the point. To have my logo put on these balls and for the same price I would pay for them if I showed up at a course and needed some before a round is excellent value. Pretty quick, I had the balls in under 3 weeks from my initial contact. Could be quicker if you paid a little extra for a rush. I have purchased other promotional items and can say you will not get this done any quicker unless you lived very close to the manufacture and picked them up.
Very pleased with this purchase and will be back for more down the road.

The experience was fantastic overall! The only thing I could recommend would be a website upgrade. For instance, it would be great to see what your logo upload looked like on the ball - right on the site. In fairness I run a digital agency - so I probably have a higher expectation than most. Service and product quality is beyond reproach. Speedy delivery. Small print on back side of golf balls is good but has some shadow lettering where it didnt' quite print clear enough on some balls, not all. Can still read it so no worries. Balls are pricey but you get what you pay for.

-Delivery was slightly quicker than expected, and the balls and packaging are in good shape
-The custom logo I designed looks like it is supposed to
-I haven't used the balls yet. You can feel a VERY slightly different texture on the logo portion (my logo is fairly larger and all colour, so not entirely surprising given the printing method). After use, I imagine it will scuff, etc before too long, but as a gift, giveaway, or novelty item, it is a great price for what I suspect will be a durable enough item.
-I went with the TopFlite XL because it is inexpensive and a good ball for the money.
I would recommend the service based on the ordering process, customer service, delivery time, and what seem initially to be good quality.

Absolutely exceptional service done on an emergency basis - this company did what no other company could do for me - get logo balls printed and sent out by courier the very next day. I worked with Francis and everything was perfect! We are a broker, so "value for cost", was a bit challenging. I thought the product looked awesome, however the client was thinking his logo should have been bigger. He did approve the proof, but I think no matter what, clients will always want their logo's bigger. It's a golf ball, how much bigger can it get:), lol.
