Once the order has been finalized and payment is authorized, the golf balls are ready for shipping within 7 days (3 days for RUSH orders) . We print your personalized balls using our UV digital printer.

Orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS or Purolator and should reach the destination in less than 2-6 business days.

Customers assume all responsibility for orders once they leave our office.
Signature and insurance options are available at the time of checkout.

I bought 1 dozen balls for my grandson for Christmas. They came very quickly and the printing was clean and clear. I liked them so much, I ordered two more boxes for him with funnier sayings, like..... "this one used to belong to Ethan" (he loses a few!) Golf balls can be REALLY expensive. Promo Golf Ball was absolutely exceptional. The golf balls were of great quality, as was the printing. I purchased them for a gift and the receiver absolutely loved them. The customer service was much better than exceptional. A representative of promo golf ball actually followed up to make sure my order had been received... Without this, I would not have known that the package had been delivered, as purolator did not contact me... So promo golf ball did its job and the job of purolator as well... The order was processed and shipped and received on exactly the days indicated by the promo golf ball website. The website was easy to use and the golf ball selection was extensive. It was also nice to have a few different shipping options depending on when I wanted to receive the golf balls. Since I ordered them late I ended up paying almost as much for shipping as for the golf balls but they arrived on time for the persons birthday so it was all good. The golf balls are very reasonably priced. Overall, I would recommend using this site for promo golf balls to anyone, and I will definitely be using it again. It will be the first place I come to order custom golf balls as gifts etc...
