- What is the minimum order?
The minimum order for personalized golf balls is 1 dozen.
The minimum order for logo golf balls is 12 dozen.
- What is the difference between personalized and logo golf balls?
A personalized golf ball has an imprint of text only.
Example: person's name, anniversary, company slogan...
A logo golf ball has an imprint of a corporate logo or any type of design.
Example: Ford, Bell Canada, design of your local association....
- How do I submit my logo?
Place the order on-line by selecting the option "Logo golf balls". You
will be asked to upload your logo. Your logo will be copied from your computer to our Web server.
- What are the preferred logo formats?
The preferred formats are EPS, AI, PDF or CDR.
The artist who created your logo should have a copy in one of these formats.
We match pantone solid coated colours.
- What is the size of the logo or imprint?
The printable surface area of the ball is 0.800" in diameter.
Logos on golf balls are printed within a circular constraint; therefore,
a logo should be optimized to comfortably fill the printable area.
Example: A wide logo with text is
best re-arranged by stacking the logo on top of the text.
- How are the logos positioned on the golf balls?
A single logo is positioned directly opposite the side stamp and
imprinted at a 90-degree angle to the ball brand name.
Double logos: The first logo is
positioned above the ball brand name. The second logo is
positioned below the ball brand name.
- What is the imprint quality?
Our imprinting is as good is it gets. We adjust your selected text and graphics to fit the printing area of 0.800" diameter.
The imprint is very durable, even under demanding play conditions. Imprinting does not alter ball playability.
With more than 5 years of experience in pad printing golf balls, we use the finest inks and state-of-the-art pad printing equipment.
- Can you print more than one logo on golf balls?
Yes, we can print up to two logos on golf balls.
You should be aware that golf balls have 6 poles and 3 of those already have brand name imprints.
If you add two logos, the balls will be very "busy".
If the brand name is not important, we recommend using blank golf balls when printing two logos.
If you need two logos on the golf balls, give us a call for a quote.
- Can you print photos on golf balls?
No, we do not print photos. In order to print good quality and durable logos, we use a pad printer and this type of equipment
does not allow us to print full colour photos.
- How are the balls packaged?
Golf balls are shipped in their original sleeves of 3 balls.
Most packages contain 12 balls (4 sleeves), some have 15 balls (5 sleeves) and some have 18 balls (6 sleeves).
If you are planning to distribute 12 balls per person, make sure you buy 12-ball packs.
The blank golf balls are shipped bulk (not boxed or sleeved). If you want sleeves for blank golf balls, you may purchase
sleeves for one ball or three balls.
From the main page, select "Packaging Options".
Note: The Top-Flite XL distance are shipped in 3-ball sleeves, but are not boxed by the dozen.
- What if shipping problems occur?
Shipping problems are rare due to the
durability of the balls and the packaging. Unfortunately, once the
order has been shipped, any problems that arise will have to be
resolved with UPS, Purolator or Canada Post using the tracking number.
- How do I know if you received my order?
You will receive a confirmation message from us via e-mail. This should take a few minutes but sometimes it takes longer.
Make sure you have provided your correct e-mail address otherwise you will not receive your order confirmation.
- Who owns the rights to my ball design?
All copy and designs you create will be accepted as being submitted in
full compliance with all applicable laws for trademarks, service marks, copyrights,
rights of privacy, patent contractual limitations or similar protection.
- Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once we have received your order we begin preparing it
immediately. It is important when you submit the
order that you are confident it is exactly what you are looking
for as it cannot be cancelled.
- How can I verify that the Web site is secure?
All transactions are processed over a secure server connection when you use the checkout option.
You will see the 'https' in the URL on the checkout page.
This means that your information is not accessible to anyone else.
